The credit crunch continues to swamp the country, and we are all eager to pinch the pennies and save on our outgoings to save guard our bank accounts.
And a poll has revealed this week that more than half of drivers feel that should something go wrong with their vehicle, they would not be able to pay to have it fixed.
Fifty three percent of drivers admit that in tightening their financial belt, they would not be able to afford the average cost of car repair, which is estimated to be £273.
